SCSO Fall 2026 Member Discounted Tickets
As part of the merger of the SCSO and Sacramento Philharmonic & Opera (SP&O), member ticket sales have been moved on-line, giving you more control of the purchasing process, while still retaining the same discounts we have offered to members in the past. We encourage singers to use the on-line option to save the administrative cost of staff-assisted purchases. If you are unable to use the on-line option, the SP&O offers telephone ticket sales during their box office hours (Tuesday through Friday, 10 AM to 1 PM and 2-3 PM.) The Box Office number is 916-476-5975)
Ticket Discounts (No more Ticketmaster fees!!)
The SP&O ticketing system will offer the following discounts, consistent with discounts we’ve offered members for many years. The use of the Promotion Codes discounts the tickets and removes the $5 ticketing fee. Promotion codes are as follows:
- Member Discount (up to 5 tickets) – 20% discount – Code: SCSOMEM
- Group Discount (6 or more tickets purchased in a single transaction) – 30% discount – Code: SCSOGRP
- Student Discount (any number of tickets) – 50% discount – Code: SCSOSTU
Because the ticketing system can only handle one promotion code per order, if you are ordering a combination of tickets (e.g., Member discount + Student discount) the tickets have to be ordered in two separate transactions. For example, if you need 4 tickets, 2 member and 2 student, first place the order for 2 using the SCSOMEM code and, after that purchase is complete, select and order the 2 student tickets using the SCSOSTU code. If you have this type of “combination” order, you may also be more comfortable calling the SP&O Box Office to process your order.

You may choose to have tickets delivered via email, held at Will Call, or delivered via US Mail. For US Mail delivery, select the “Collect my tickets at the box office” option, and follow the instructions on the shopping cart page. Email delivery will send e-tickets to your email address. From that email, you can save them in the Wallet on your phone, or you may print the tickets from the attached PDF file. Since the US mail option increases our costs, we encourage you to select electronic delivery. When you complete the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email and, for electronic delivery, you will receive a second email a few minutes later with the electronic and print-at-home tickets attached.
The discount codes are active starting on September 22nd, and will remain active until the performance date. Please use these codes only to purchase tickets for your friends and family only. Please DO NOT share these codes.
