Our 2020-2021 season is on hold while we eagerly await updates about when it will be safe to rehearse and perform once again.

Check out our virtual 25th Season – Behind the Scenes with the SCSO
Due to the pandemic, we will celebrate our 25th silver anniversary with a virtual season.
Please enjoy our archived footage of recent SCSO performances and special events throughout the coming year. Our behind-the-scenes interviews  are designed to engage, educate and enlighten our audience members and performers alike.

It is our hope in the coming months that we will once again be able to reconnect to make beautiful music through the choral orchestral art. We ask you to join us on a journey of hope as we look to the future together. Please check back here for regular updates.

SCSO Statement on Racial Injustice

The Sacramento Choral Society & Orchestra acknowledges that our nation is in pain right now. The wounds are deep and the pain is real.

The SCSO is a caring community that is welcoming and honors diversity both within our organization and in the community. We stand in solidarity with all who seek to eradicate racism, violence, and in justice, and we salute those using their platform to inspire change. No company, person, or industry is immune to the effects of systemic racism. Let’s reconnect with the Community once again and build bridges with beautiful music
